First 15 Minutes: New customers receive their first 15 minutes of consultation for free. This introductory offer is designed to give potential clients an opportunity to discuss their needs and evaluate the service without any cost.

Standard Rates: After the initial free 15 minutes, the consultation is charged at £75 + VAT per half-hour or £125 + VAT per hour. This pricing is fixed, ensuring that costs are clear and predictable for clients.

Initial Consultation: We will conduct an initial consultation with the client to understand their challenge(s). After the initial consultation, we will provide a project delivery plan inclusive of projected costs to the client.

Standard Rates: After the initial free 15 minutes, the consultation is charged at £75 + VAT per half-hour or £125 + VAT per hour. This pricing is fixed, ensuring that costs are clear and predictable for clients.

Project Rates: We will provide a projected cost per project based on the information provided during the consultation and any associated timelines so that you can make an informed decision. We are proud of our transparency and will never start a project without your clear instructions to proceed. A 15% non-refundable deposit will be required before any work can proceed. Invoices are to be paid within 15 days of the date.

First Placement: The recruitment fee for placing a candidate in a position is 15% + VAT of the candidate's gross annual salary. This rate applies to the first placement and includes a 10% discount.

Subsequent Placement: For placements after the first, the recruitment fee increases to 25% + VAT of the gross annual salary. This higher fee reflects the ongoing value provided by successful placements.

Payment Schedule:All recruitment fees are paid across three months, spreading the cost over a quarter, which may help manage cash flow for some of our clients. All invoices are due for payment within 7 days.
